北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计Annual output of 80,000 tons of vinyl acetate refining sectionPreliminary design and simulation optimization of productionprocessAbstractVinyl Acetate,also known as Vinyl Acetate (VAc),is an important organicmaterial.Current market demand is big,short of supply.Its main use is the synthesisof polyvinyl acetate,which is then alcoholized to produce polyvinyl alcohol.Polyvinyl acetate emulsion and resin are mainly used in adhesives,coatings,papercoating,textile processing,resin glue and other fields.Polyvinyl alcohol is the mainraw material for the production of pva fiber,and can be used in adhesives,textilepaste,paper coating,wall coating,fine chemicals and high water absorption resin andother fields.Industrial production in China has a wide range of developmentprospects.This design selects the ethylene gas phase method to prepare vinyl acetateproducts,and USES the Aspen Plus simulation software to simulate and optimize therefining section of vinyl acetate prepared by the ethylene method.The product purityof vinyl acetate reached 99.99wt%and the annual output reached 80000 tons.In orderto meet the production needs,and to provide a certain theoretical reference for theactual plant design.Keywords:Vinyl acetate;Ethylene gas phase method:Aspen Plus;The refinedtower
