北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计The Design of the Preparation Process for Polypropylene Powder for 3Dprinting with 10,000 tons per yearAbstractThe design for the annual output of 10000 tons of 3D PRINTING PP powder synthesisprocess design.Through literature review,this design USES the water dispersion method toproduce PP printing powder,through the selection of appropriate synthesis technology andprocess,and material heat balance,the selection of equipment required for the production ofPP printing powder calculation and design,finally according to the calculation results toselect the appropriate equipment for PP printing powder production,and draw the 3D printingPP powder synthesis process and reaction polymerization kettle profile.After the analysis of the actual situation,according to the industrial ratio of theproportion of raw materials can be added to PP granule:nucleating agent:surfactant:water=1:0.015:6:25,the reaction condition is in 13 atmospheres of boiling state at a stirring speed of1000 revolutions per minute heat preservation half an hour.It can be calculated that the rawmaterial quantity required for the production of each batch of products is 592.365kg/B for PPgranule,8.885kg/B for nucleating agent,3554.191kg/B for surfactant F108,and14809.128kg/B for water.8 batches of each material are delivered daily,and each batch has10 reaction vessels working at the same time.The working hours are 330 days a year,20hours a day.Draw the process flow chart and select the best type of equipment according tothe amount of raw material:glass fiber reinforced plastic vertical storage tank,centrifugalpump,stainless steel reaction kettle.Through the total cost accounting,the production cost is1.0116961 billion yuan for the whole year.Keywords:3d printing;Polypropylene powder;Water dispersion method;Synthesisprocess
