北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计Production Technology and Workshop Design of 32700-22.4v-54AhLithium Iron Phosphate Battery Pack for Intelligent Robot withAnnual Output of 100 Million AhAbstractThe development of intelligent robot industry is closely concerned and highly valued bythe whole world because it marks the level of national scientific and technological innovationand high-end manufacturing industry.Lithium iron phosphate battery is the best choice forintelligent robot power supply.The advantages of lithium iron phosphate power battery arelarge charge and discharge power,high energy density,power density and high specificcapacity.This design is mainly based on the design requirements of 32700 cell model,54Ahrated capacity of battery pack and 100 million ampere hour annual output.The productionprocess and workshop design are carried out to obtain the intelligent robot lithium ironphosphate battery pack with high performance and safety.The design process is mainly basedon the model,determine the scheme and carry out a series of parameter calculation todetermine the relevant process parameters of the single battery.And according to the needs ofproduction design and selection of appropriate process flow and production equipment,calculate the materials needed in production.Finally,the workshop layout is drawn withAutoCAD.Keywords:Process design;intelligent robot;lithium iron phosphate;battery pack.
