北京理工大学珠海学院2020届毕业生设计Preliminary Design and Simulation Optimization of DistillationSection with Annual Output of 20,000 Tons of Acetic AnhydrideAbstractFor a long time,China's chloroacetic acid production mostly adopts sulfurmethod,which has serious three wastes pollution,high energy consumption,highlabor intensity and many impurities in the product.The production of vinyl chlorideprocess by acetic anhydride method not only solves the pollution of three wastes,butalso greatly reduces the labor intensity of workers and improves the workingenvironment.The biggest advantage of producing chloroacetic acid by aceticanhydride method is that it does not contain sulfur,which makes up the biggest defectof chloroacetic acid by sulfuric acid method and can be used as food additive.This paper mainly introduces various process methods and developmentprospects of acetic anhydride rectification synthesis.At present,the main methodsinclude acetaldehyde oxidation,ketene method and methyl acetate carbonylationmethod.Here,the specific technological process of ketene process is mainlydiscussed,and all parts of rectifying tower equipment are designed,and the materialsand energy in this reaction process are calculated.The content and steps of distillationtower equipment design,and the calculation of tower equipment strength and stability.AutoCAD is used to design the chemical process flow and equipment,and to draw thelayout of rectification tower and plant equipment.Keywords:Acetic anhydride;Rectification;Vinyl ketone method;Process design
