北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计Production process design of conductive ink withannual output of 10,000 tonsAbstractThe design is mainly based on the production system of 10000 tons per year conductiveink process design,the selection of water-based conductive ink as the target product,considering the various factors of production,combined with the production principle toselect the appropriate production mode for the design of production process.The productionprocess is generally divided into four steps:first,prepare component 1 with aqueous acrylicresin as the main body;second,prepare component 1 with conductive carbon black as themain body;then mix component 1 and component 2 and grind them to a certain fineness;thenadd appropriate ammonia water and deionized water to adjust pH value and viscosity,andfinally get the product.According to the material balance calculation,the amount of eachmaterial in each process step and the balance relationship between the material in and out ofeach disperser are determined.The heat balance calculation is established according to thefeeding amount of each material,and the heat consumption of each disperser and the amountof heat transfer medium are obtained.The size of each disperser,storage tank,centrifugalpump and stirring paddle in the process flow is calculated by the amount of material and heatconsumed in each step.The process size includes the tower height,diameter and stirringpaddle of the disperser,and the equipment selection is determined by the process size.At thesame time,the design and layout of the plant area in the production process of conductive inkand the treatment of three wastes are designed and explained.The cost,profit and annualizedrate of the design are calculated,and corresponding design drawings are drawn,includingprocess flow diagram,main equipment diagram and plant design diagram.Key words:four steps,conductive ink,waterborne acrylic resin,conductive carbon black
