北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业论文Study on Interface Stress Distribution of Carbon Fiber Composite byX-ray DiffractionAbstractThe residual stress will reduce the stability of the carbon fiber composite and increase thedifficulty of the subsequent process. Therefore, the study of interface stress distribution isconducive to reduce the probability of accidents caused by excessive local stress of carbonfiber composite, and the analysis of stress distribution of carbon fiber composite is helpful toprevent its failure. So it is significant to study the interface of carbon fiber composite. In thispaper,X-ray diffraction method is proposed. In the theoretical part of this paper, thedevelopment course of X-ray in more than 100 years since its discovery is briefly described, and than the physical principle of measuring stress by X-ray diffraction method is described,in which Bragg equation and generalized Hooke's law are used,as well as experimentalmeasurement method. In the experimental part, the mechanical parameters of the sample werefirstly tested, then the X-ray diffraction experiment was carried out. Finally, the conclusionthat the measurement effect of X-ray diffraction is not ideal for carbon fiber composite withlow crystallinity was drawn, and the further exploratory experiment of the relationshipbetween the crystallinity of the sample and crystal peak of X-ray diffraction was put forward. Keywords:Carbon fiber composite;Interface stress;X-ray diffraction
