ABSTRACTAs a light oil fraction in the fuel of the compression ignition engine,the diesel oil should notonly have excellent working performance,but also have low emissions.With the enhancement ofenvironmental awareness,the clean performance of diesel oil is also getting more and more attention.The main indexes of diesel cleaning performance are low and ultra-low sulfur content,polycyclicaromatic hydrocarbons,total aromatic hydrocarbons,etc.The desulfurization process of diesel engine is briefly introduced.The conventional dieselhydrodesulfurization process is used in power plant to produce ultra-low sulfur diesel oil,with largecadane value loss,harsh operating conditions and high equipment input,resulting in the rising priceof diesel oil.The diesel oxidation desulfurization technology is gradually developing into the mainprocess of diesel flue gas desulfurization due to its low cost,low investment,simple operation,lesspollution and high economic benefit.The effects of the reaction system temperature,the oxidation time of the formic acid-hydrogenperoxide system,the oil ratio,the catalyst to oxidant ratio on the oxidation desulfurizationperformance of the formate-hydrogen peroxide system in the chloride-titanium tetrachloride systemwere studied.The test results show that,with the volume ratio of hydrogen peroxide and formic acid,the formic acid-hydrogen peroxide system was prepared,in 60'C,formic acid-hydrogen peroxidesystem for 60 minutes,the oil ratio,calcium hydroxide for 30 minutes,calcium hydroxide,thedesulfurization rate and yield of pyrolysis diesel oil reached the best,the sulfur content of pyrolysisdiesel oil decreased from 2288.47 ug/g/g to 134.90 ug /g,the desulfurization rate was 94.105%,and the yield could reach 79%.Key words:diesel oil;oxidation;extraction;desulfurization
