老年Ⅱ型糖尿病患者焦虑状况调查及其影响分析黄景康Anxiety Status of Elderly Patients with Type II DiabetesMellitus and Its Influence Analysis[Abstract]objective to collect and analyze the anxiety of the elderly patients withtype 2 diabetes mellitus,so as to provide a reference for the implementation of propernursing.Methods from October 2019 to January 2020,60 elderly patients with type 2diabetes were selected as the study subjects.General information questionnaire and self-assessment Anxiety Scale (SAS)were used to investigate the anxiety of patients.According to the results,patients were divided into normal patients and anxiety patients.Results there were 59 useful questionnaires in this study,of which the age of 60-70accounted for the most,49.2%.Gender,male 62.7%,and female 37.3%.The proportionof men is more.In terms of marriage,94.9%of them were married.Education level,illiteracy and primary school accounted for the most,47.5%.In residential areas,the cityaccounts for 66.1%of the total.Course of disease,5-9 years accounted for the most,37.3%.Whether the family supports treatment or not,93.2%of them support treatment,and 6.8%of them do not support treatment.Whether there were complications or notaccounted for 83.1%or 16.9%,among which 30 were anxiety patients,and theprevalence of anxiety was 50.82%.Chi square test showed that age,education andcourse of disease were the influencing factors of anxiety in type 2 diabetic patients.Conclusion the prevalence rate of anxiety in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes is ashigh as 50.82%,among which age,education level and course of disease are theinfluencing factors.[KeywordsElderly type 2 diabetes;Anxiety;Prevalence
