小学班主任的工作专业化的发展研究

teacherAbstract This study combines the theory of class teacher's specialization with thepractical problems she may encounter in her work,and examines her daily work.Basedon the interviews with some primary school headteachers in yizheng city,this study findsthat the headteachers in yizheng city have the following problems:1,the ideologicalunderstanding is insufficient,thinks that the teacher-in-charge of a class can be anyone;2.excessively pays attention to the student result,neglects the comprehensive developmentthe importance;3,the specialized level is uneven,overemphasizes the experience butneglects the theory study.There are some means:1.The head teacher should improvethe professional ethics,constitute the concept of professional consciousness,andstrengthen the construction of professional ability:2.The Educational AdministrationDepartment and Primary Schools should strengthen the construction of the system.Key words Primary school the Head teacher professionalization
