AbstractBefore the design starts,the product is 3D modeled with relevant software to completethe structural analysis of the combined switch cover plastic parts,and then ABS is selected asthe material of this product to determine the optimal parting surface position and mold designfor this time.The number of mold cavities has completed the design of the injection moldpouring system and demoulding mechanism.Finally,the mold cooling system and otherrelated structures have been improved.When selecting the mold frame,the two-plate moldlarge nozzle mold frame was selected.The structural dimensions of the core cavity aredesigned and calculated to ensure the standardity and rationality of the entire mold designprocess.Through the design of the injection mold of the combined switch cover,we fully andcompletely understand the design and manufacturing principles,processes and methods of aset of molds.Keywords:injection mold;combined switch cover;mold frame;side gate
