北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计Design of automatic egg roll machine--design of forming devicePick toThe purpose of this design is to design a complete set of automatic equipment thatcan realize the mass production of egg rolls,including the blanking device and formingdevice.The main motion of the forming device is to rotate and rotation a proper speed toturn the omelet into an omelette.Based on market research,from the development ofautomatic cone machine status,existing problems,the process,should solve the problemof clearance fit,by calculating the parameters of the forming device,the parameters of thewhole parts,of the whole machine automatic cone hopper,mobile tray,forming theheating plate,rotary forming devices,such as the overall frame structure design,combined with the mechanical design,proper modification of mechanical,in order todesign a more suitable for nowadays society of automatic cone machine.In the designprocess,UG8.0 and SOLIDWORKS 2020 were used to construct the 3d model of eachpart,and the final assembly was made into the whole automatic omelet machine,so as toachieve accurate and rapid omelet production.Key word:Toys inertia mixers;Inertial movement;Structure;UG;SOLIDWORKS2020;ergonom
