北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计Automatic sheller for eggs(Transmission device)AbstractEgg is a common food in our daily life.It has high protein content and many kinds ofnutrients.Eating eggs has become our daily life habit.Because of the large demand of theegg market,the development prospect of the sheller for cooked eggs is still great.Through the early market research and analysis of the development of egg industry,thegroup determined the final plan through thinking and communication.The automatic eggsheller designed by our group is mainly divided into three parts:the transmission device,the shell breaking device and the peeling device.I mainly set the transmission device.After reading the manual and theoretical derivation,I determined the parameters of thesprocket,pulley,key,pulley and other parts.The three-dimensional modeling of each partis carried out by SolidWorks,and the final assembly is a complete transmission device.The transmission system is mainly composed of belt and chain driven by the motor.Theprocess is mainly to transport the cooked eggs or quail eggs to the shell breaking devicethrough the transmission device,push them through the paddle wheel,and finally squeezethem through the skin removing device to achieve the function of rapid shell removal.Key word:Automatic egg sheller;transmission device;SolidWorks;transmission system;structure
