ABSTRACTLoader is a kind of construction machinery.It is widely used in manyfields such as architecture,traffic,water and electricity,main,nationaldefense and so on.It plays an important role in accelerating the speed ofengineering construction,lightening the worker labor intensity,improving theengineering quality and reducing the engineering costs.Using the operatingmechanism,loader can accomplish to shovel and load and unload materials.The operating mechanism is the key part of loader.The design level candirectly affect the function of operating mechanism.Furthermore,theperformance of the loader such as the efficiency,working quality and theeconomic target can be influenced indirectly.Aiming at designing working mechanism by analogical method,thevisual parameter design method is adopted.Taking reverse-turning six-barlinkage which is most used in loader working mechanism as an example,theresearch work focuses on the following aspects:The motion of loader working mechanism is analyzed.The basicrelational expressions of working mechanism are established.The generalmathematical expressions of the whole motion process are established.All theexpressions can provide theoretical foundation for the optimization andmotion simulation of working mechanism.The motion interference and "dead center"position,which may takeplace during the loader operating mechanism working,are analyzed.Theoptimum model is built to meet the performance requirements.The variablesof the model are length of bars,the objective function of the model is forcetransfer ratio of linkage mechanism,and the constraints of the model areperformance requirements and mechanism conditions.The software ofoptimization design is developed using Visual Basic.Taking Changlincompany Itd Z30E loader for the example,the working mechanism of theloader is optimized.The important aspect of loader operating mechanism is motionsimulation.The software of motion simulation is developed using Visual
