Research on Vibration Energy Collection system-Structural designAbstractWith the emergence of a large number of technological products,wireless devices havebecome a new type of daily necessities,and their power supply issues have become animportant issue affecting their scope of application.Under this background,the piezoelectricvibration energy collection device can be used as a long-term autonomous power supplysystem due to its advantages of easy processing,miniaturization and integration in structure.Among them,the piezoelectric energy harvester is the main research direction at this stage,and it has a broad development space in some environments where it is not convenient for thebattery to perform poorly.However,the output power of this vibration energy collector isrelatively low,which has great limitations in actual working life.In order to improve theoutput power of the collector and expand the practical application range,this paper mainlydesigns the structure of the piezoelectric vibration energy collection system.First,the materials used in the vibration energy harvesting structure are screened to selectthe PZT-5 piezoelectric ceramic.After this,through the computer modeling and analysis of the various piezoelectric sheetsand substrates involved in the experiment,the most desirable and best selection is obtained,and the optimal design is carried out for the selected results of the model.Finally,in order to verify the applicability of the experimental design,COMSOLmodeling and simulation analysis of the vibration energy collection structure of thebutton-shaped piezoelectric cantilever beam were carried out.Keywords:Piezoelectric ceramics;Piezoelectric cantilever beam:COMSOL finite elementanalysis;Structural design
