The Design of Automatic Insertion MachineDesign of the SoftwareAbstractThe plug-in assembly technology of electronic components on printed circuit board ofelectronic products is an indispensable part in the production of electronic products.Electronic components commonly used in the electronics industry are often inserted into PCBboards and are mostly assembled by hand.There are bound to be problems along the way.Therefore,the special-shaped automatic insert machine studied in this subject is mainly usedto help the automatic plug-in assembly of PCB board in the mechanical and electrical industry,so as to improve its efficiency and accuracy,so as to improve many problems caused by themanual plug-in of electronic components,and to design automation equipment that canreplace the manual plug-in of each process.Based on the analysis of the design process of the electronic components automatic insertmachine,we can determine the design process requirements and objectives of the insertmachine,and carry out the division of each functional module.By analyzing themanufacturing process and movement mode requirements of PCB board and special-shapedelectronic components,it further analyzes the required functions and actions of the automaticplug-in,the way of PCB board transporting materials,and designs the scheme of the insertmachine control system based on the DMC3000 leser series motion control card on theLabVIEW platform.Keywords:special-shaped automatic insert machine,PCB board plug-intechnology,LabVIEW platform,DMC racey motion control card
