Automatic plug-in machine for special shaped parts-Mechanical structure design and calculationAbstractNowadays,PCB is basically used in the production of electronic industry,ranging from watches to military weapon systems.Nowadays,the production of PCBspecial-shaped plug-ins in some domestic household appliances is basically in theform of labor-intensive population operation line,but the production quality is verydependent on the proficiency of people,there are problems such as PCB qualityinstability,long production cycle,waste of raw materials,high labor cost andmanagement difficulties.In this paper,using Solidworks software,we design anautomatic special-shaped parts plug-in machine which can realize the plug-in ofspecial-shaped electronic components on PCB,and design the mechanical structure ofeach part of the plug-in machine,carefully analyze and check the overall appearanceand each core part of the plug-in machine.Its plug-in has high precision,fast speed,and can automatically transport materials and detect,to the greatest extent to meet thehigh efficiency Production activities of profit.Key words:Special shaped parts plug-in machine,Mechanical structure design,Solidworks
