Research on Special Caliduct Curling MachineAbstractAlong with development of the air-conditions and refrigeration industry,therequirement for fin tube is increasing.As special product equipment of aliformradiator pipe,it can't adapt the requirement of market competition only byimportation.So it is necessary to use advanced technique of demestic andoversea for reference and design a new automatism curling machine to adaptingthe requirement of market.This paper is Setting out from function request of special caliduct curlingmachine,After refer to large numbers of books and related literature of curlingmachine,the design of automatism curling machine is put forward,and itscurling principle,technics process and disposal are confirmed.This projectregard UG as 3D-design platform and according to relevant motion and dynamiccomputation,structure design of curling machine lathe bed,automatic feedingmaterial equipment,bracket,automatic machining equipment and automatic outputmaterial equipment are established.Using CAD software UG to modeling,assemble and motion simulation to each function module in order to make designstructure materialization and visualization,and shorten the design lifecycle.Finally,based on related mechanics theory and radical principle of finite elementanalysis,and use ANSYS analysis software analyzes intension and rigidity of thecurling machine,distributing rule of distortion and stress to the beam is got,which validate rationality of the structure design,and insure each parts canachieve the request.The task roots in the cooperate exploitation item between Harbin siroccomachine produce factory and Harbin university of science and technology.Thisdesign will resolve the curling problem of half machining and half handworking,advance the stability of product quality,and increase curling variety andspecification of fin radiators,depress labor intension of manipulator,and realizefunction of stepless adjusting to product pitch,program managing,parameter-Ⅱ-
