AbstractWith the rapid development of The Times,the wide use of lawn mowers has greatlyincreased,and people's requirements for the use of lawn mowers have also improved a lot.Through the analysis of a large number of program data,we adopt a new motion cuttingmethod to meet people's requirements for the use of lawn mower.In this design process,themotion principle of the hand push weeder is through the wheel rolling to drive a series ofmechanical movement.Compared with other diesel lawn mowers,it has low requirements foroperation,no pollution to the environment,and little noise.It is also relatively stable in theuse process,which is very popular with users.The design principle comes from the mechanical design and related theoretical research,draw up the motion scheme of the hand push mower and compare the merits and demerits ofeach,select the most suitable scheme.The gear,shaft,cutter,end face gear and lever (CAMand push rod method)are specifically designed to ensure the overall rational layout,so that itcan meet the actual use environment to the greatest extent and enhance its adaptability.Andaccording to the actual situation,it is improved and optimized to ensure the expectedcompletion of the work and ensure the motion stability of the weeder.To improve itsapplication to small and medium-sized users,for orchards,lawns and other sites withmoderate column spacing,the effect is very good.At the same time,it can also reduce theoutput of manual weeding labor force and promote the development of mechanization inChina.Keywords:Mechanical rolling;No pollution;To improve the optimization;adaptive;Handpush;
