东北大学硕士学位论文第1章绪论Dynamics simulation and analysis of hoistingand rotary system for crawler craneAbstractWith the development of crane industry,crawler crane is becoming huger and morecomplicated,its rising height,radius and weight are increasing.As a result,more advanceddesign method is acquired.Crane in the course of their work (such as cargolifting,dropprocess)dynamic load the metal structure will have a strong impact vibration,fatiguecalculations are greatly and braking work or other status suddenly changes affected.So,thepaper begins the dynamics study of the crawler crane.Based on the virtual prototype technology,this paper builds the model and simulates thedynamics of QUY150,it main stuys the vibration rules of system when the status of starting.braking and others suddenly changed,accordingly,to determine the dynamic response of thesystem,gets the pull force of lifting rope,gets the rules of swing and deflection,gets theDynamic Coefficient of hoist and impact Coefficient of the system with different conditions.In this paper,the dynamic model of crawler crane use ADAMS,PRO /E and Ansysmodeling methods to establish flexible boom and other rigid body modeling;use the mothodof bushing force to establish the rope model,on the basis of this use ADAMS View'ssimulation function for the model to build a dynamic simulation;At the same time,using theexperimental design methods to enhance the system to optimize the experimental design.With the dynamics simulation analysis of the upgrade system and the rotary system forcrawler crane,get the Dynamic Coefficient of hoist,impact Coefficient and curve of swing ofthe maximum rated operating conditions,provide a basis gist and reference for boom'sdynamic design.Using ADAMS /Insight to crane hoisting system for the experiments design,gets a better combination of parameters,in order to provide a reference for the hoist system ofparameter setting.-2-
