AbstractIn agricultural production,mechanical weeding is to address the herbicide useand cause serious environmental pollution,weed resistance enhancement problemssuch as the best way,is a key technology of the sustainable development ofagriculture,and the difficulty lies in between seedling weeds control.To remove theline between strains seedling growth of weeds is a hot topic,the present studybetween seedling mechanical weeding work in the process of the problem is to avoidweeding harm the seedling plants.According to seedling between tasks and technical parameters of mechanicalweed control equipment requirements,puts forward the overall principle of theequipment.According to the working characteristics of weed control equipment,mechanical structure scheme was proposed,using Solidworks modeling scheme ofstructure.At the same time of key institutions details of the detailed design andoptimization,to ensure that the equipment has good working performance.UsingANSYS finite element analysis software of mechanical weeding equipment framestructure designed several different working condition are analyzed in strength,thestatic strength analysis was carried out on the cross key components,but to protectequipment mechanical structural strength meet the job requirements.Key words:Mechanical weeding machine;Intra-row weeding;Structure design;AnalysisW
