Composite wing structure design of civil uavABSTRACTAircraft wing is the main load bearing part of the aircraft,the structuralperformance of the wing will directly affect the flight performance of the aircraft.With the rapid development of aircraft design technology,the requirements of flighttime and load weight are becoming higher and higher.Composite material is a newkind of material,which is light in weight and strong in design.Composite structurecan be formed as a whole,which can reduce the number of aircraft structures throughstructural design,making the process easier,using composite design on the aircraftwing structure can reduce the weight.At present,the proportion of compositematerials used in aircraft structure is also increasing,so it is particularly important foraircraft structural designers to understand the design requirements of compositematerials.China has a vast territory and a large population.The development of theaviation industry can reduce the time for people to travel,logistics and expressdelivery,and relieve the traffic pressure on the ground,which is of great significanceto the economic development of China.This paper introduces the application ofcomposite materials in aviation industry at home and abroad,summarizes the designcriteria of composite materials,and discusses the advantages of structural design ofcomposite materials for aircraft.Combined with the CATIA in the internship processto conduct the three-dimensional modeling of the wing,draw out the wing skin,thewing SPAR,the wing rib mathematical model,carry out the design and analysis of thewing structure,and look forward to the future development prospect of this field.Key words:aircraft wingaircraft loadcomposite materialflight performance integral molding目录
