山东科技大学学士学位论文ABSTRACTThe traditional method of mold design and manufacture is based ontwo-dimensional engineering drawings;it has high demand on the experience ofdesigners and workers.Not only its cycle is long,requires testing moldsrepeatedly,and also with a low forming quality.The topic researched in thispaper is by means of 3D design software called Pro/e,which can design,mouldand assemble for kid-learning mold;it also can realize the rationality of moldingstructure on the whole.Then through the computerized finite element simulationanalysis for the plastic parts forming process,we can predict the possibleproblems of actual production effectively and also make sure of the bestparameters of molding process.Through the adjustment of related parameters,we could improve the defects of original mould design project.The using ofCAD/CAE technology for kid-learning mold design and computer simulationanalysis,not only shortens the product development cycle,mold design cycleand processing cycle effectively,but also improves the successful rate of oncemold testing.Key words:Injection mold;Forming;Mould design;Finite element simulationanalysis
