AbstractAs one of the commonly used equipment in electrical engineering,the dynamicoutput sensitivity and the stability of output torque and speed directly or indirectlyaffect the control accuracy of the whole control system.Considering its unique value,this graduation design classifies and summarizes several commonly used motors,judges their advantages and disadvantages,and finally determines a class.Type Ipermanent magnet synchronous motor.After the motor type is determined,the drivingprinciple and structure analysis of permanent magnet motor are carried out.Severalmathematical models of permanent magnet motor are calculated,and themathematical model is simplified by using the numerical matrix theory.The schemeof direct torque control is completed subsequently,and then the matlab/simulinkmodule is built to verify the advantages of this method.With the basis of direct torque,the situation of the motor is analyzed and studied subsequently.With the deviationcoupling control,the simulation results show that there is a clear gap between theerrors of different motors.In order to reduce the control error,the output torque ofthe motor is analyzed by adding the PID and the fuzzy PID control algorithm,and thecontrol accuracy is improved.The results show that the control accuracy can beimproved by using the fuzzy PID control.The output torque of the motor becomesmore stable,and the service life and dynamic output precision of the motor areimproved.Key words:Permanent magnet motor;direct torque control;fuzzy pid;accuracy
