AbstractAt present,the domestic garlic planting is still mainly artificial,garlic planting isnot only labor intensity,and because of the upward sowing characteristics of garlicalso makes the garlic planting quality is poor,although a part of the garlic planting issemi-mechanized,but because of the planting precision is not high,complete singleagronomy and other problems are not well applied.Therefore,it is particularlyimportant to design a mechanical mechanism of garlic planting that integratesfertilization,seeding and spraying.Set fertilization,sowing,spraying in one garlic planting mechanical mechanismwill be garlic in the planting must be carried out steps into one,in order to achieve avariety of work on one operation.The integrated garlic planting mechanism is theintegration and upgrading of the traditional single garlic planter,which effectivelyimproves the working efficiency.Research and development of garlic plantingmachinery integrating fertilization,seeding and spraying,in order to solve the currentgarlic planting labor intensity,low efficiency,poor planting quality and other plantingproblems.In terms of integration degree,orientation degree of single granulation ofgarlic seeds,spatio-temporal scattered and orderly distribution of compound operation,the problems of low compound operation degree,difficulty to control the direction ofsowing garlic seeds and low mechanization degree of garlic planters are solved.In this paper,after comparing the widely used garlic planters at present,a garlicplanter which integrates fertilization,seeding and spraying is designed.This designdescribes the overall structure and work flow of the fertilization,seeding,sprayingmechanism,the overall structure design.The working principle of the seeder isdiscussed,and the selection of materials and the calculation of seeding quantity arecarried out.Fertilization mechanism,seeding mechanism and spraying mechanism toconduct three-dimensional modeling;Through AutoCAD,SolidWorks software todraw two-dimensional engineering drawings and three-dimensional models,the sizeparameters and structure of some components were optimized design;The typeselection of intermechanism transmission is calculated.The planting,fertilization,
