Hardware design of laser power supply high precision temperaturecontrol systemAbstractWith the development of laser processing technology,lasers are also constantly movingforward.Lasers have become one of the indispensable core parts in modern laser processingsystems.The normal operation of the laser requires a stable power supply,that is,the laserpower supply.The laser power supply system is a controlled power supply system thatdetermines the operating state of the laser.The hardware circuit is an important part of thecircuit system,and the rationality of its design directly affects the performance of the circuitsystem.This thesis takes the laser power supply as the research object,collects its workingtemperature with high precision,collects and amplifies the temperature analog signal throughthe A/D converter,and converts the analog signal into a digital signal that can be received bythe STM32 MCU,that is,the voltage signal.The MCU detects the temperature and the speedof the cooling fan in real time and uses the PID algorithm to adjust the PWM duty cycle tocontrol the speed of the cooling fan,and the feedback data is displayed on the display screen,thereby achieving high-precision temperature control of the laser power supply.Aiming at theproblem of heat generation of laser power supply,this paper puts forward a hardware schemeof temperature controller,designs PCB circuit and analyzes heat dissipation performance.Keywords:laser power supply;temperature control system;STM32 microcontroller;hardware circuit design;PCB
