AbstractSmart Studio is a new type of product that can realize intelligent automatic shooting ofproducts.The overall motion plan of the studio mainly includes the screw slide tablemovement program,the threaded rod movement program,the wire pulley movement program,and the synchronous belt slide table.Mobile and other programs.The main structure adoptedin this design is the synchronous belt sliding table movement solution,and the motor cancontrol the movement of the synchronous belt through wireless control,so that the sliderrealizes three-axis movement.Among them,the motor uses 57 stepper motors.Stepper motor It is a motor that can convert electrical pulse signals into correspondingangular displacement or linear displacement.Each time a pulse signal is input,the rotor in thestepper motor will rotate a corresponding angle.The output angular displacement or lineardisplacement is proportional to the number of input pulses,and the speed is proportional tothe pulse frequency.Because of this,stepper motors are also called pulse motors.Using a stepper motor to drive the operation of the synchronous belt can not only controlthe precise movement of the gimbals,but also realize the movement of the photographic lightson the architecture to achieve a three-dimensional shooting effect.Keywords:Smart Studio;Slider Module;Stepper Motor;Structural Design
