High precision temperature controller software designfor laser power supplyAbstractAt present,the temperature controller with its high efficiency,low cost,high temperaturemeasurement range,high accuracy,can detect the real-time temperature of intelligentequipment and adjust the temperature to a constant value.It has been widely used in industry,medicine and communication.This task requires the design of a temperature controller basedon the laser power supply to detect,monitor and adjust the temperature of the power supply,and ultimately achieve the temperature detection accuracy of 0.1C,and maintain the settemperature value.The temperature controller uses the high-performance STM32 single-chipmicrocomputer as the control core,and the external modules include the driving circuit of thesemiconductor refrigeration chip,the analog-to-digital conversion circuit,the temperaturedetection circuit,etc.it can qualitatively and quantitatively analyze the temperature changeprocess,and control the temperature change through the PID algorithm,which is moreaccurate and stable.Through serial communication,human-computer interface is output toLCD screen in real time to detect the change of temperature value in real time,which makesthe data of temperature controller more intuitive.This paper includes the overall design of the system,the principle of software control,the test data of Tec temperature module,the test data of PWM output,the adjustment of PIDthree parameters,the circuit schematic diagram and the appendix of the program.Keywords:temperature controller;PID algorithm;STM32;A/D converter;semiconductor refrigeration
