The Research of Algorithm and Programming on TemperatureControl System of Laser DiodeAbstractLaser is one of the most important inventions of the 20th century,and it has vastlychanged people's lifestyle.However,it's extremely demanding in terms of stability anddurability in actual production,especially the temperature control systems.In addition,eventhough the little change of temperature will alter the output of lasers'wavelength andfrequency,then affecting normal use of laser.According to the data,for each degree Celsiusof the temperature of the laser,0.2-0.3nm of the wavelength will alter.Therefore,it isnecessary to control the temperature of laser diode with high-precision.This paper presents a high-precision temperature control system of the laser.In algorithmand programming,the laser uses the fuzzy PID control algorithm,which has both the stronganti-interference ability of fuzzy control and the advantages of PID control algorithm.To takeit a step further,the algorithm has been demonstrated in the SIMULINK toolbox ofMATLAB software.Finally,according to the result of simulation,a temperature controlsystem with STM32 as the control core was set up,and the precise control of the current anddirection of the TEC was achieved high-precision temperature control.Keywords:Laser;STM32;fuzzy control;PID control
