Waste heat recovery and utilization device based on fire-resistantexperimental furnaceAbstractWith the continuous development of China's economy,the consumption of energy isincreasing.Now,in our country each profession environment domain,all advocates the usethe new technology to solve the energy consumption question.The experimental furnace is commonly used in the laboratory.The exhaust temperatureof the experimental furnace is very high.The flue gas discharged by the experimental furnacecannot be completely recovered and utilized.Therefore,how to reduce the energy loss of fluegas exhaust heat and improve the utilization rate of the experimental furnace has become animportant research topic for all researchers in the work of energy saving and environmentalprotection waste heat recovery.In this paper,the current situation of energy utilization,the working principle of wasteheat recovery,and the recovery and utilization of waste heat are summarized.Secondly,theflue gas produced by the combustion of the experimental furnace is analyzed,the combustionproducts are studied,and the sensible heat and latent heat are recovered.Then,various typesof heat exchangers are introduced,and the condensing heat exchanger is designed.Thecondensing heat exchanger in this paper adopts h-type finned tube heat exchanger.H-typefinned tube is easy to clean the advantages of the finned tube wear resistance,small help.After adding condensing heat exchanger,the waste heat recovery of the experimental furnaceis very good and the environmental protection benefit is remarkable.Key words:Waste heat recovery;condensing heat exchanger;H-type finned tube
