Analysis and solution of aircraft maintenance human errorABSTRACTWith the birth of aircraft,aviation maintenance also appeared.Aviation maintenance is thematerial basis of aviation industry,the quality of aircraft maintenance determines the safety andreliability of aircraft.Aircraft is mainly maintained by human,human factors directly affect thequality of aviation maintenance,so it is of great significance to strengthen the research onhuman factors in aviation maintenance.Historically,the main causes of flight accidents 50 years ago were imperfect aviation technology,unreliable aircraft equipment,work failure and other technical factors.Due to the developmentof aviation technology,great changes have taken place in the functional completeness andreliability of aircraft equipment.In contrast to the dramatic reduction in accidents caused by thefailure of aircraft equipment,human factors are now the main cause of air accidents.Clearly,this is bound to shift the focus of efforts to improve aviation safety to human factors.This paper introduces the definition of human factors,why to study human factors,analysis ofhuman factors in aviation maintenance,according to the nature of classification,and its form.An example is given of the accident caused by human factors,and the reason of the accident isanalyzed according to the reason model.It also introduces how to prevent human error and howto manage it.Finally,some Suggestions are put forward to improve the aviation safety systemand improve the safety of the aviation transportation industry.Key words:Aviation Maintenance;Human factor;Reason modelII
