A Systematic Improvement Design of Production Line ABased on Continuous FlowAbstractRelay is the basic component of electronic control,which is widely used in electriccontrol system.However,with the continued development of the new country and theincreased follow-up of the local industry,the industry is continuing to increase its growthrate so that the industry needs more production capacity.Nowadays,with the rapideconomic development and increasing competition,it has become the trend ofmanufacturing industry to yield a high-quality product with low cost and short cycle.Therational application of lean production and industrial engineering can better help enterprises,so that the enterprises can better cope with the opportunities and challenges in the future.In this design,first of all,understand the product A and identify the research object ofproduct A,then through on-site observation and analysis to determine the status ofproduction line A and record the problems,using the knowledge of industrial engineeringand lean production for analysis and improvement.Firstly,confirm the working process ofproduct A,using“ECRS”and“SW1Hf”to analyze and improve the process and operation,so as to optimize the process and reduce the takt time secondly,from the viewpoint ofcontinuous flow,planning the new production layout according to the improved workingprocess,and the new production layout brings the improvement of space and personnel flowpath;then carry out the production line transportation batch setting and 5S lean design areconducive to promoting flow and site management.Finally,evaluate the improvement effectof the design.This design systematically improve the working process,production layout,workingspace and other aspects of production line A,forming an overall improvement designscheme,so as to make the production line out of a chaotic state,form a reasonable flow,anduse lean and IE methods to reduce the waste,so as to make the production process morebalanced and smooth.Keywords:Process improvement;layout optimization:continuous flow;Lean Design
