北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计Design of Eye Massage Instrument Based on SCM Control SystemDesignAbstractIn order to have a full rest after a hard day's work,so that people can eliminate eyefatigue.This article mainly designs an eye massage instrument,has the vibration and the hotcompress function.Mainly use the stc89c52 as control chip,control motor and electric heatingwire to produce the effect of vibration and towel hot compress,this paper introduces thedesign process and the various components,eye instrument is mainly composed of,minimumsystem circuit,button switch circuit,motor drive circuit,heating wire drive circuit,indicatorlight circuit,external supply lithium battery charging energy storage structure,DC boostermodule,as well as 7805 voltage regulator module design,debug resistance wire temperatureis the biggest problem,the design takes constant debugging,was able to get a comfortabletemperature.In the design process,it is necessary to consider whether the current of the circuitcan reach the current size required by the motor and electric heating wire.The triodeamplifying circuit is used to provide sufficient current to drive the device.The safe debuggingof the device after the design is completed is indispensable in the design process.Keywords:SCM Eye massage Instrument Control System
