PLC-based control sorting manipulator design-hardware designAbstractIn this design,based on the study of the development of manipulators in recent years,thedesign and application of manipulators combining PLC control and pneumatic control areproposed for the problems of human heavy labor and the hidden safety hazards of manualoperations in industrial production.Taking the manipulator technology as the design basis,theoverall structure,execution structure,drive system and control system are designed.A sortingmanipulator based on PLC and pneumatic control is proposed to sort the products.Throughin-depth study on the realization of sorting function,careful analysis of the advantages anddisadvantages of the control system and hardware selection,some optimizations were carriedout on the basis of the realization of sorting function,and a series of design drawings such asthe corresponding circuit wiring diagram were drawn.A simple,easy-to-operate and practicalmaterial sorting manipulator driven by pneumatics and controlled by PLC is designed,whichcan provide some data support and technical support for modern industrial production.Keywords:manipulator;pneumatic control;PLC;automatic control;material sorting
