Design of Intelligent Control System of Water Heater Basedon PID Control AlgorithmDesign of Temperature Control SystemAbstractIn today's society,the water heaters we use are divided into instant-heating type andwater-storage type,and there are also two types in their control,mechanical electronic type.Under these two different controls,the mechanical type has inherently different mutualconstraints on the automatic temperature control,which makes it inconvenient when adjustingthe temperature.The electronic type has a relatively complete control structure and a numberof different high-power heating bodies are installed,and then the water temperature control isachieved through the control chip and related software to overcome the mechanicalshortcomings.This design uses the single chip microcomputer to analyze the temperature control of thewater heater,and divides the whole system into several functional modules such astemperature measurement,temperature alarm,temperature heating,and single chipmicrocomputer.The control object is a storage water heater,which controls the working timeof the voltage applied to the resistance line to transmit power,thereby converting this powerinto heat and increasing the water temperature.The design theme of this time is based on thesingle-chip microcomputer.The automatic control algorithm of the pid is realized through themain body pid automatic control algorithm,and the overall cost of this design feature is low,and the accuracy in temperature control is also ideal,which can resist the outside world.Thereliability and safety of the interference use can be guaranteed.And the temperature can bequickly adjusted by the flow rate change,and because the system has the ability to self-correct,the difference in operating environment can solve the difference in outlet water temperature.Keywords:Intelligent control;PID control;real-time temperature control
