ABSTRACTHigh strength,low density,excellent corrosion resistance and other major properties makealloys popular in many fields,and are widely used in the fields of aviation,medical chemistryand so on.However,because of the difficult machinability of 7055 aluminum alloy,the cuttingtools have serious wear and tear and low durability in the process of machining,which limits theimprovement of cutting efficiency.However,tribological research shows that a smooth surfacewith a certain texture has better antifriction effect.Reasonable micro texture forms andparameters can play a good role in reducing wear.In this paper,the grooved micro texture wasprocessed on the surface of the pin specimen,and the friction and wear test of the pin was carriedout to study the effect of micro texture on the friction properties of 7055 aluminum alloy.Thefinite element method is used to simulate the cutting process of 7055 aluminum alloy,and thechange law of the main cutting force in the cutting process of the micro-texture tool in the 7055aluminum alloy is studied.This paper mainly studies from the following aspects:First of all,micro textures were processed on the surface of pin specimens by laser markingmachine.Friction and wear tests were carried out on frictional pairs consisting of pin specimenswithout micro textures and 7055 aluminum alloy.It was found that microtexture had good effectof reducing wear.The friction and wear tests of the pin samples with different sizes of microtexture and 7055 aluminum alloy were selected to study the effect of the micro textureparameters on the wear reduction.Secondly,the two-dimensional simulation model of 7055 aluminum alloy was built by finiteelement software ABAQUS,and the cutting experiment of the alloy was carried out to verify thecorrectness of the model.The process of cutting 7055 aluminum alloy with micro textured tool is
