Design of Full Life Cycle Management System for TechnologyStandard of Aviation Rivet PinAbstractWith the development of computer technology and CAD technology,the standardization ofaviation product research and development is increasing,and product design often needs towork according to larges number of standards.Thus,it is of vital importance to how toimplement standardization efficiently.For the standardized parts management,there are twomodes of B/S and C/S which have been developed at present,but most of the systems onlycheck the size and graphic information of the parts,and people cannot further understand thetechnical features of the parts.Therefore,it is particularly important to develop a system thatcan achieve synchronized management of technical standard data and application knowledgefor aerospace technology standards.Aiming at the lack of management of standard parts currently developed,we use thetechnical standards of aviation riveting pin as the object,and under the concept of carrying outtechnical standards management for the full life cycle,we have studied the method ofsynchronize management of three modules:technical standard data,applied knowledge anddocument,in order to ensure that the technical standards and the data can be timely andaccurately researched.Taking this as the goal,the contents and methods of life cyclemanagement of aviation rivet pin are studied from the theoretical level in this paper,andanalyzing the function and architecture of the full life cycle management system of aviationrivet pin technical standards.For aviation rivet pin technology standard from release,implementation,update to the lifecycle of the whole process,the functions of the data module,the application knowledge moduleand the document module to realize the synchronization management.In this way,users ordesigners can query the resources of the rivet pin parts or rivet pin technical specificationsthrough the Internet at any place to share the resources of the technical standardssynchronously.The system uses B/S mode,which is built in Windows7.0 environment.Using VisualStudio 2010 as a development tool,C#as a programming language,Access as a back-enddatabase,ASP.NET and other advanced network technologies,the system front-end interfaceand back-end database are developed,users can achieve aviation rivet pin connectors and rivetpin technical specifications of the visit,browse and download functions in the Web mode.Key Words aviation standard;rivet;pin;technical standard full life cycle management;knowledge system;
