北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计(论文)Fault analysis of aero engine rotorABSTRACTThis paper analyzes the rotor fault of civil aviation turbofan engine,Bycomparing the mechanical faults related to various engine rotors to determine thecauses of engine rotor faults,Starting from the fault generation principle,somepreventive measures are provided for some faults.There is a common structural gap between the rotor-connector-casing systemin the compressor.The structural loosening caused by the vibration of the body atwork often leads to the rubbing phenomenon between the rotor and the stator.Thefriction phenomenon caused by the bending deformation of the rotor is also commondue to the decrease of material stiffness caused by high temperature in thecompressor.According to the causes of faults caused by mechanical structure andtemperature environment,the matching problems of rotor bearings and theirconnectors,rotor unbalance caused by manufacturing and assembly accuracy,non-concentric problems between rotor and stator,thermal creep and thermal bendingof rotor and connector are analyzed respectively.The common faults caused by theabove problems,such as rotor rubbing problem,rotor bending deformation problem,loose deformation of parts and so on,are summarized.Keywords:Rotor;Structure clearances;Temperature field;Unbalanced responseII
