Aircraft icing phenomenon and the protective measures of researchABSTRACTThe air ice phenomenon of the aircraft has great harm to the navigation process of theaircraft,the light makes the aircraft performance decline,and the heavy causes the flightaccident to cause the aircraft to destroy the person.Therefore,how to effectively prevent theicing phenomenon and reduce its impact to ensure that the aircraft in the rain and snow weathercan be a stable and safe operation,this is the contemporary aviation industry at the present stageof the urgent need to solve,aviation industry research scholars are no doubt a big challenge.Firstly,in this paper,it analyzes the causes of the icing phenomenon by utilizing literatureresearch and comparative analysis.It concludes that the main reason is that the moisture onsome windward surfaces of the aircraft body collects and freezes into ice because thetemperature is lower than the freezing point.Secondly,the research on anti-icing technology andanti-icing system is carried out,and it is found that the common anti-icing techniques aremechanical deicing,liquid anti-icing,gas-heat anti-icing,electric-thermal anti-icing and so on.Combined with the current mainstream aircraft anti-icing device analysis.Besides that,theanti-icing technology and system,the ice-blocking technology,are also studied.Airplaneice-tolerant refers to the aircraft under a certain degree of ice,the pilot system can still maintainthe flight route and have a certain safety margin,and Smart Icing System has been proposed.Finally,from the four angles of aircraft design,pilot flight control,aviation weather forecast andmaintenance of crew,the concrete prevention and control measures of aircraft icingphenomenon are put forward.Key words:Aircraft icing,Flight safety,Anti-icing,De-icing,Ice-tolerantII
