ABSTRACTSince the reform and opening up,China's economy has made great progress,the mostobvious of which is the continuous improvement of China's industrialization.In themachinery manufacturing industry,logistics industry,etc.,automatic control has beengradually realized.Among them,PLC,industrial robot and single chip microcomputer arethe main technical support of automatic control technology.Steel is used in all walks of lifein China,and the development and utilization of steel has made outstanding contributions tothe improvement of China's national economy and people's living standards.For example:steel products are involved in cars,airplanes,high-speed rail,houses,highways,and evenmobile phones.Among them,steel pipe is the most versatile product in steel,and it is usedin almost all industries.In the production process,in order to meet the requirements ofprevention,control,tracking and identification information,it is usually marked on theproduct,such as:the VIN code of the automotive industry,the batch number on the steel,etc.The steel pipe studied in this article is no exception.In order to reduce the labor of theworkers and improve the working environment of the employees,the manual spraying workneeds to be gradually replaced by robots,so the title of this graduation design is:thespraying of the automatic steel pipe spraying system Standard robot design.This article willanalyze and analyze the existing steel pipe marking equipment through research,and thendesign a steel pipe marking robot.This graduation project first analyzes the production status of the domestic and foreignspray marking robots,and then finally selects the hardware,software and PLC control system ofthe spray marking robot under the premise of comparing different spray marking robots.Thespecific tasks are divided into:determine the work flow of the spraying robot,afterunderstanding the work control process of the equipment,decompose the tasks,perform softwarerigid selection,and finally carry out the circuit design,sequential control design,and finally usesoftware simulation to Verify the feasibility of the control system.Key words:steel pipe;spraying standard;PLC;simulation software
