Installation of cover plate and design of fixing deviceAbstractWith the progress of industrial automation related technology,the wideapplication of industrial robots in various enterprises has become more and morepossible.The universal application of industrial robots marks the approaching of theera of industrial robots.In order to realize the process of industrial automation,more and more industrial robots will be applied to various manufacturing andproduction industries.Times are developing,science and technology are progressing,industrial robot is a symbol of human being's progress towards advancedmanufacturing,and a symbol of human's progress towards modernization and hightechnology.The goal of this sub-topic design is to optimize the working assembly line ofpressure sensor detection in enterprises,and to realize the automatic installationand fixing of the cover plate of the design fixture during the production process.According to the given design requirements,the specific problems are analyzed,thegeneral scheme of the industrial robot which can realize the specified action isdesigned,and then the structural design process and results of each part areexplained in more detail.Through the design of each part of the hardware,the basichandling and twisting operation function of the industrial robot is realized.Keywords:industrial robot;hydraulic system;PLC
