Analysis of typical aeroengine oil system and lube synthesizedmonitoring technologyABSTRACTAs the "heart"of aircraft,the aeroengine suffers from many challenges such as highpressure and high temperature,during the flight of the airplane.The oil system plays an essentialrole in aeroengine mechanical system.The oil system controls the oil to lubricate and cool theaeroengine which ensures normal operation of the machine.The analysis of typical aeroengineoil system and lube synthesized monitoring technology can provide a deep understanding offunction of oil system's operation which is significant to the maintenance and the use ofaeroengine.This paper pay attention to lubricating oil system basic function,composition andclassification.It also analyzes the aeroengine lubricating oil system working requirements bytaking V2500 aeroengine as an example.Lube synthesized monitoring technology analyzes theperformance changes of oil in the oil system which gives the information to maintainer aboutlubrication conditions among various components of the aeroengine.It can help judge theworking condition of aeroengine and predict the failure.Key words:Aeroengine;Oil;Oil system;Lube synthesized monitoringII
