Engine cylinder head production technology research anddevelopment-handling manipulator designAbstractThe design is mainly to the engine cylinder head production line on the conveyingmanipulator for structure design and the analysis and its handing object is the enginecylinder head.According to the parameters of the crankshaft and the requirements forgrasping and handling,the structure and size of the terminal actuator,wrist,arm,arm,waist and base of the manipulator are designed.Using dynamic statics method totransform the instantaneous inertial force system into the static force system,drawing theoverall stress diagram of the mechanical hand,then analyzing the force of each part of themanipulator,calculating the maximum force parameters of each mechanism,checking thestrength of the large arm and the small arm,and selecting the motor and the reducer foreach mechanism.And check if they meet the requirements of the work.Keywords:Handling manipulator;engine cylinder head production line;forceanalysis目录1绪论11.1工业机械手
