论文摘要ABSTRACTThe thesis introduces a kind of single-pulse-reflection double--ultrasonicsensors distance measurement system design in detail based on the AT89C51SCM.The specific contents are the designs of hardware's unit and application ofthe SCM;This system could measure certain distance with the time betweentransmitted wave and reflected wave on condition in which the speed oftransmitting wave is fixed in room.The ultrasonic distance measuring system is based on the Polaroid 6500series of ultrasonic sensors and two sets of drive module,the design has usedtaking the AT89C51 SCM as the core of ultrasonic ranging circuit,to achievemulti-mode distance measurement and temperature compensation,the resultsdisplayed by LED.And sent the ranging data signals to the PC by the way ofSerial communication after the signals been dealt with,accept controllingsignals from the PC.This system is easy to be installed and applied,low in Price and capableof being used in combination with the systems of telemetering andtelecontrolling and it has extensive application prospects.Key Words:Ultrasonic wave,Ultrasonic sensor,Ultrasonic distance-measurementsystem,The AT89C51 SCM,Temperature compensation.2
