北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计Test fixture and overall programming designABSTRACTThe manufacturing process of sensors has been approaching maturity,but the level ofautomatic production is still not high,mainly because the current labor cost still occupies anadvantage,the second is the lack of investment in technology and capital.This topic subject aimedat team,can design a suitable for more types of test fixtures,and according to group a set ofcomplete equipment design automation programming procedures so as to realize the automaticupper device,this topic USES the PLC control program is,the use of PLC control device of the twosets of mechanical arm (the clip plate mechanical arm and clip product mechanical arm).This topic is one of the research content of universal test fixture design,use and abandonthe advantages and shortcomings of the existing fixture,such as too many fixture type,high costof management and soon,without changing the existing damp under the premise ofsize,material,according to the existing test fixture,size information of the measurement,combining with allkinds of the size of the jig into or through joint replacement within the same fixture to make thetest fixture is suitable for different types of products.Another part of the study of this topic is chosen according to the analysis of theprogramming control system to realize the automation of equipment operation,according to ouractual product size information (through drawing and actual measurement)and clamp size,determine the scope of the two mechanical arm movement and the size of the whole space,thenaccording to the actual production of the time needed for the upper 100 products to setting devicemovement speed,distance,etc.Secondly,according to the functions we need to achieve with therobot arm,the control system is based on mitsubishi FX2N series PLC as the control unit to realizethe control of lifting,horizontal movement,grasping,relaxation and rotation of the robot arm.Inthe summary of all the movement process and control requirements,then carry out the PLC controlsystem of SFC diagram,ladder diagram and instruction table program design,select theprogramming software input program according to the workflow debugging,and try tooptimize.Compared with the relaying contactor control system,the designed system has highercontrol accuracy,stronger reliability and better safety performance.The research direction of the subject is to make use of the automatic control category ofthe combination of modern computer technology and machinery industry.Through the subjectresearch,automation technology is more integrated into modem production to improveefficiency.The driving mode of the manipulator is realized by pneumatic transmission,formingpneumatic control unit and system diagram.According to mitsubishi PLC programming,thedesigned device has manual,semi-automatic and fully automatic control modes.Key words:Test fixture;Programming control system;Mechanical arm;Program debugging
