ABSTRACTAccording to the specific requirements of the design task book,in thispaper,the diesel engine body end drilling combined machine tool and itsspecial fixture are designed for the object and the specific designprocess is explained.The main contents include the formulation of thecombined machine tool process plan,the selection of the combined machinetool configuration type,the overall design and the fixture design.In this article,the design of the combined machine tool and its specialfixtures consists of two parts,one is the overall design part of thecombined machine tool,and the other is the design part of the specialfixture.The overall design of the machine tool includes the determinationof the machine configuration form and the formulation of the structuralplan under the selected process plan.Based on the proposed structuralplan,the "three maps and one card"is determined,and the fixturepositioning scheme and the clamping scheme are determined.Finally,bycomparing the feasibility and operability of various design schemes,theoptimal scheme is finally determined.In addition,it is necessary toreduce labor intensity by designing special fixtures to increaseproductivity,while ensuring product quality through special fixtures.Key words:diesel engine pump body;three drawings and one card;modularmachine tool;fixture
