AbstractNowadays,with the development of economy and science and technology,Chinahas overcome one difficulty after another in the aspect of science and technology.However,in the aspect of the structure manufacturing of semi-automatic loadcrawler,the technical level of China still lags far behind that of foreignadvanced countries.In this graduation project,the purpose is to make themulti-function semi-automatic weight-bearing stair crawler (hereinafterreferred to as the stair crawler)infiltrate into the daily life of ordinaryfamilies.In this paper,the structural framework of the crawler is brieflysummarized at first,then the calculation method and selection principle of thecrawler structure are analyzed,the bracket device is checked according to thedesign criterion and calculation basis,and the main components are selected.The structure of the ordinary type semi-automatic load elevator is composed ofsix main parts:the body of the vehicle,the motor,the training wheels,thecontrol unit,the battery and the climbing mechanism.The simple auxiliarystructure is no longer satisfied with the status quo.The semi-automaticload-bearing structure gradually develops to the direction of long distance,high speed and low friction.In this design,the structure of the machine stillneeds to be improved,but its structure design reflects the needs of life andthe scope of application,for the follow-up design work and improvement directionto provide improved Suggestions.The structural design of semi-automatic load-bearing climbing device representsthe general process of design,which has certain reference value for theselection of future design work.Key words:semi-automatic load climbing device structure transmission deviceclimbing目录1前言…1
