南通职业大学毕业设计（论文）摆线针轮减速器运动仿真AbstractThe reducer is a key transmission component used in the mechanical field,with thecharacteristics of high transmission efficiency,small volume and light weight.Under thecondition of the given condition parameters (input power,input speed and transmission ratio),the design criteria including reliability,service life,bearing capacity and transmissionefficiency.This paper involves three works to complete the design and assembly simulation of thecycloid wheel reducer.Based on the two-dimensional part diagram obtained in the secondstep,the three-dimensional software Solid Works is used to draw the three-dimensional partdiagram of each part,and finally assemble the cycloid wheel reducer.Through the completionof this paper,we have mastered the theoretical knowledge and software operation of thedesign and simulation of the general cycloid wheel planetary reducer,and provided technicalsupport for the design of other related reducer in the future work and study.Key words:cycloid needle wheel reducer;size design;Solid Works
