AbstractWith the continuous development and progress of science and technology,more and more robots enter our production and life.This is because theemergence of various motors,such as stepping motor and servo motor,makes the robot's action more flexible and makes the robot smaller.At thesame time,the emergence of various single-chip computers,such as 51and STM32,makes the control of mechanical movement more accuratandconvenient.In this robot,89c52 single-chip microcomputer is used as the core,irf540or TIP41 is used to control the solenoid valve to open and close,andconnect it to a single-chip microcomputer pin.The high level output isrealized by pin,and the control solenoid valve is finally realized.Thesolenoid controls the pneumatic device to play the piano.In terms of time,we use the internal timer of single chip microcomputer,which has twotimers.We directly use the gain and loss 16 bit timer.Key words:89c52 single chip microcomputer,irf540,TIP41,solenoid valve,pneumatic technology
