of adsorption mechanismAbstractThe task of this project is to design the adsorption mechanism and mobilemechanism of glass cleaning robot.Through the comparison and analysis of variousadsorption mechanisms and mobile mechanisms on the market.In this paper,thescheme of using single suction cup negative pressure adsorption mechanism andsafety protection system mechanism is proposed.The force of glass cleaning robot isanalyzed,the adsorption capacity and sealing device of suction cup are analyzed,single suction cup is selected as the adsorption device,and the model of impellerdrive motor is determined.Design the overall structure of the safety protection system,draw its structural diagram,and determine the work flow of the safety protectionsystem,carry out the finite element stress analysis on the trolley's guide rail,select theappropriate guide rail model,carry out the shear and bending moment mechanicalanalysis on the suspender,and select the appropriate suspender model.According tothe appearance of glass cleaning robot on the market,design the color matching ofglass robot appearance.Finally,3D software SOLIDWORK is used to draw the part drawing and assemblydrawing of robot body,and AutoCAD is used to modify the details of assemblydrawing and part drawing.Keywords:single suction cup;mechanical analysis;finite element;safety protectionsystem目录
