步进电机调速控制系统设计

淮阴师范学院毕业设计Abstract:As an important executive element in industrial electrical equipment,stepper motor studies the method of speed regulation control of stepper motor,whichis of great significance to improve the accuracy of control and economic practicality.This paper designs a system based on 51 single chip microcomputer,which controlsthe speed control of stepper motor,and the motor drive chip is realized by UNL2003,which can reliably control the rotation direction and rotation speed of the steppermotor,and the speed and direction of the motor are displayed by the digital tubecircuit to show its working state.Replacing stepper controllers with software makescontrol more flexible.convenient.and cost-effective.Key words:Stepper motor,single-chip microcomputer,forward and reverse control,motor drive
